Jody has been with PIA of Louisiana since February of 1995. She received her Bachelor of Arts
in Journalism from LSU and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Jody,
a licensed agent since 2001, received her CISR designation in 2005, and received
her CIC designation this past May. Last year, Jody received her Certified Association
Executive (CAE) designation. She and her husband Britt currently reside in Prairieville.

Natalie S. Cooper, CISR

Natalie is Director of Industry Affairs for Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana.
Her primary responsibility in this capacity is administrator of the E&O program,
which she has managed since inception of her employment with PIA of Louisiana in 2002.
Natalie resides in Baton Rouge with her husband, Paul, and their three children,
Kellen, Madeline and Elizabeth. She is presently working toward her CIC designation.

Peggy Grace

Peggy has been with PIA since October of 2000. She coordinates all aspects of the
education programs promoted by PIA. Peggy is married to Mike Grace of
Wright & Percy Insurance and has two children, Amanda and Cody, and one grandson,
Cayden. She resides in Baton Rouge.

Caroline G. Adams, CISR

Caroline began her career with PIA in January 2004. As the Director of Marketing, she
develops and implements marketing plans for membership and PIA's revenue-generating
products. Caroline writes new Errors & Omissions business and assists with administration
of the program. She is also the Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs) liaison. Adams
received her P&C Producer license in September of 2005 and her BA from Louisiana State
University in May 2006. She and her husband Michael reside in Baton Rouge.
