Accu-Auto's Accu-Agency, Agency Management System
PIA of Louisiana Member Benefit
Accu-Agency, Agency Management is a Web-Based companion product to Accu-Auto comparative rater but
may also be used as standalone software. Accu-Agency adds agency management capabilities
to the rater, enabling you to track payments, keep a detailed history of all transactions
on a policy, print ACORD forms, letters, and reports, track commissions, store scanned
documents, etc., not only for personal auto but for multiple lines of business. Accu-Agency
has all the functions needed to manage your agency's book of business while saving time
and money.
Accu-Agency also has a new feature — PolicyLink. Agents love PolicyLink! With a
policy open in Accu-Agency, simply click a button to be taken directly to the policy on
the company's website. Your company access passwords are also stored safely and securely
in Accu-Agency.

Accu-Auto is proud to introduce Consumer Portal. Consumer Portal is a new website lead
generating feature that offers your agency a competitive edge by extending your (virtual)
hours and attracting online shoppers. This new feature prompts consumers to enter their
information for a quote via your website. You then have the option of receiving an e-mail
or SMS text notification when a quote is completed. The quote data is saved in your Accu-Auto
database and ready to process into a policy. The consumer sees only the top three quotes,
and company names are not provided, which puts you in the driver's seat. The best part
is... this feature is free to Accu-Auto customers!

How Much Does It Cost?:
Enjoy the Comparitive Rating features previously outlined for only $15 per company per month.
Agencies with multiple locations need not worry! It is a flat fee of only $50 per month to
add each additional location. And no annual contract!
